On the Night Of
  1. Send everyone a reminder two hours before with what to bring. (otherwise people are likely to forget to bring items)
  2. Have a warm up time. Here you serve food, maybe play music and have simple games like Jenga or Dominos which people can play without speaking to each other. It is important to give introverts some time to warm up.
  3. Have small breaks in between games.
  4. Have a time when everyone puts away their phone and / or do not take pictures or videos
  5. When new people arrive address them directly and invite them to play the next round
